Do you think I’d be able to get out of my apt. contract because I can’t stand the way it smells?

They’ve come twice to shampoo and clean the air ducts and it still stinks. It smells like mildew and smoke. It’s in my clothes, hair, and linens. It can cause a problem with my profession as a massage therapist where cleanliness is key and i do not smell clean no matter if I just washed my clothes the night before.
