I’m not sure they’re properly removing the mold from my apartment?

Mrs. Next Year! asked:

I signed a lease on an apartment before viewing it an unfortunately discovered (immediately discovered) mold growing in a cabinet. There was standing water caused by a leak as well, so all of the walls were torn out to reveal a mold infestation. So they tore everything out. However, the rooms contaminated were not sealed off, no dehumidifers were used, the wood was not allowed to dry before new sheetrock was put in… no air purifiers… nothing. They didn’t even use more than a face mask. They’re going to clean the air ducts and shampoo the carpets though and I’m going to scrub all the walls, but I’m worried that because they didn’t allow the moisture to dry, I will be living with mold again soon. I have an infant and cannot allow this. What should I do?? How long does mold take to grow? I know they sprayed a lot of bleach, but they didn’t allow more than 2ish hours before putting the new sheetrock in…
Well, I know they removed all the walls covered in mold, as far as they could (I’m on the bottom floor, they will have to go upstairs to check for mold). Since I’m in an apartment located on the end, the wall isn’t removable, so they sprayed a bleach solution on it. They replaced all the insulation, a lot of the cabinetry, etc. I’m just concerned with the lack of sealing the area off first and getting all the moisture out.
