But still want to charge you for srvice charge each and every time they come out. What do you think the problem is, ..Is it that the duct needs cleaning out? Or that there is another problem? Please help me because I hat to keep paying service charges and no one will fix the main problem..I refuse to pay them this time, when I returned home the temp. was 92 and it took 5 hours to cool off the other part of the Condo but one room never cooled off.. Do anyone know what the problem could be?? Please help..Tired of getting ripped off
